Job purpose

As an EthiQal Advisor, your mission is to foster growth, retention, and the renewal of clients’ contracts through a dedicated service oriented approach. You will work closely with the Advisor Administrator and be at the forefront of building strong, lasting relationships with existing and new policyholders. Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing events in your allocated region.

Principal responsibilities

  • Communication & reports: Aid administrator in the prep of monthly reports that highlight key achievements and areas for improvement by providing timely information and feedback.
  • Event management: attend events to enhance brand presence, trust, and engagement in the market.
  • Client relationship management: proactively assist clients in your respective area, especially during policy renewals, to ensure clients are well taken care of.
  • Lead management: ensure timely handling of leads by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering a seamless process.
  • Networking: actively meet and network with medical practitioners to establish and nurture valuable business connections.
  • Adherence to processes: regularly review internal tracker reports and work with administrator to maintain accurate and up to date information and adhere to turnaround times.
  • Team engagement: attend meetings with the internal teams.
  • Collaboration and communication: interact with partners on various projects in your respective area, contributing to the success of collective initiatives.
  • Marketing support: Assist with any marketing deliverables as required, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
  • Compliance adherence: strictly adhere to compliance requirements, ensuring ethical and responsible conduct in all interactions.
    Experience, knowledge, and skills

Professional indemnity experience

  • Indepth knowledge of the Insurance Industry
  • Matric
  • RE5 qualification
  • FAIS Compliant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills

Key performance areas

  • Drive growth, retention, and renewal of clients’ contracts with a service oriented attitude.
  • Meeting of quarterly growth targets.
  • Attend relevant events, for lead creation and building brand presence.
  • Conduct product training sessions as required.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication and presentation of EthiQal indemnity products.
